Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Order processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with major carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to deliver your order. The available shipping methods and associated rates will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier and service level for each shipment at our sole discretion.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees will be presented at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the respective carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for further information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our customer support team with your order number and relevant documentation. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in a timely manner.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
